In partnership with The University of Edinburgh, the Hibernian Community Foundation provides a student employment program that includes practical experience and professional sport development opportunities. The program is divided into three stages:
Scottish FA Coach Education Support
First Aid Training
Mental Health Awareness Training
Trauma Informed Training
Training and mentoring delivered by Hibernian skilled and qualified full-time staff
A positive and inclusive learning environment
Plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate sports sessions to young people
10-12 hours per week
£15 per hour
Potential for additional hours during holidays
Internal opportunities to conduct placement hours
